All our condom products from mylilo.com are sent FREE to all Malta and Gozo destinations.

All orders received before 3.30pm (Malta Time) are dispatched same day and typically arrive the next working day. Delivery can take slightly longer during public holidays where the postal services are restricted.

To protect your privacy, all Condom orders are dispatched in plain, discrete packaging, with no reference to mylilo.com or the condoms inside.

Returns

mylilo.com allow order cancellation for any reason within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

Goods must be returned by you unused.

We will refund your payment within 30 days. The refund can only be made to the card that the payment was originally made with.

To apply for a refund, please contact us. Our policy is strictly "no-quibble", but we would always appreciate feedback regarding the return of items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
