How long will my items take to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched the following working day. Delivery can take up to two or three working days depending on the postage service.

Will anyone be able to tell what the package contains? No. All Durex condom orders from mylilo.com are dispatched in plain envelopes. There is nothing on the outside of the package to indicate the contents.

Do you ship worldwide?

We offer free delivery to all European Union Countries. For all other destinations we are happy to provide a quote on an individual basis.

What are the Expiry dates on your condoms?

Condoms supplied by mylilo.com have a minimum of 3 years until expiry.

How are your products so cheap?

mylilo.com buys condom products in bulk. This allows us to sell Durex condoms in a range of quantities. This range of quantities also means our Durex condoms are not always supplied in a small box like you would find in a pharmacy or supermarket. Both of these factors and because we do not attract the costs a traditional bricks and mortar retailer does, means we save money and pass the savings on to you. In fact the lack of a cardboard box is the only difference between the Durex condoms we supply and the Durex condoms you would buy in a pharmacy or a supermarket.

What name will show on my Credit Card/Bank Statement?

Your Credit Card or Bank statement will show a purchase from Paypal Point of Sales “LILO”.  This is done in order to keep the purchase as discreet as possible.
